Installation and Function
Thermofit Heatshrinkable Tubings are made of polyolefins, fluoropolymers, and elastomers, whose molecules are crosslinked by a special radiation technology. The tubings shrink when heated, and conform to the shape of the covered substrate. With Thermofit dual-wall tubings, either the inner wall, or an adhesive layer melts, which ensures perfect environmental sealing of the substrate. Connections and components are hereby protected from moisture and corrosion. Our adhesives provide perfect sealing even to plastic, metal, rubber, and a range of other materials.

Installation is fast and easy with hand-held or bench-mounted heaters.
Automatic installation equipment is available to facilitate high volume applications.
